1. Bed and column: Made of high-quality high-strength cast iron (HT300), it is cast as a whole and undergoes two artificial aging and natural aging treatments to eliminate casting stress. The radial runout of the spindle is ≤ 0.003mm, and the axial displacement is ≤ 0.002mm. It is wear-resistant and impact resistant.
3. Feed system: The X/Y/Z/W axes are equipped with imported ball screws and linear guides (standard PMI/THK). The screws are pre stretched and assembled, and the guides are treated with plastic. They are directly connected to the servo motor to eliminate transmission gaps and ensure smooth feed and positioning accuracy.
4. Sliding pillow and boring bar: The cross-sectional size of the sliding pillow is 450 × 450mm, with a large cross-sectional design to enhance torsional resistance. The boring bar is made of solid alloy material and undergoes dynamic balance testing during assembly. It rotates at high speed without vibration and is suitable for deep hole boring and long stroke machining.
5. Whole machine assembly inspection: Complete 72 hours of no-load air running test, full stroke positioning accuracy test, workpiece trial cutting and processing test before leaving the factory, provide complete assembly inspection report and accuracy calibration report to ensure that the whole machine performance meets the standard.
